Reporting to the Sr. Director, Chief of Staff, this position is responsible for achieving the transformation agenda as it relates to the Elevate Program at T-Mobile, working closely with key business partners across the enterprise and the Elevate Transformation teams. This role leads the team responsible for identifying and launching transformative driven programs to inform, influence, support and execute the end state vision for transformation. The position plays a critical role in scoping key business requirements, design and documentation of the processes, organizational model, and service delivery, as well as ensuring the necessary tools are available to support the value case.

The Sr Manager, Change Management position will focus on changes related to operating models, new ways of working, business processes, technologies, and culture, with an emphasis on defining and deploying the change management skills in the organization around communication, training and ongoing adoption of changes. The change management role is ultimately responsible for the people side of change, as it relates to major program changes at T-Mobile, including changes to business processes, systems and/or technology, job roles and organization structures within impacted organizations or across the company. The position leads change managers that are primarily responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This position will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

  • Define and execute change management strategy and frameworks (process, tools and techniques) to engineer the people-side of change processes, to achieve successful execution of transformational goals and objectives.
  • Create change management roadmap and lead a direct report team responsible for applying a structured methodology and a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the transformation initiative.
  • Define brand identity strategy & lead the implementation of the strategy. Work with transformation strategy, architecture, and functional leads to incorporate the branding principles into their deliverables.
  • Perform change readiness and cultural assessments for various transformation initiatives.
  • Develop approaches and strategies for training and managing enablement and delivery.
  • Partner closely with transformation and functional leads to ensure tight interlock to their deliverables and the change plan.
  • Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
  • Create and track metrics to assess the progress and effectiveness of change leadership strategy and process (business value delivered/adoption.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a team of high performing individual contributors.

Washington Pay Range: $153,700 - $207,900

  • The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
  • At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
